The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to printing and scanning facilities.

One drawback of our stay was the lack of hot water in the room. The water was only lukewarm at best, which made it uncomfortable for us to take showers.

No room cleaning during our stay.

The guestrooms at Cocosand Hotel are clean, comfortable, and come with air conditioning. As a bike rider after a long day on the road, it's great to come back to a room that offers a cool and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom are also a nice touch.

Personally, I found the TV in the room to be unnecessary. Being an active traveler, I would rather spend my time exploring the beautiful surroundings of Phan Thiet than watching TV.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They even helped us with our laundry and organized our onward travel at no extra cost. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

One drawback of this hotel was the lack of cleaning during our stay. It would have been nice to have our rooms cleaned at least once during our three-day stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and clean rooms. The courtyard with hammocks was a great place to relax. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The minibar had affordable prices, saving us the trouble of buying water elsewhere. the hotel provided excellent value for its price. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and homely, with a spacious bathroom. The communal area with hammocks and tables was a great place to relax. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a laundry service at a reasonable price. We also rented a scooter from them, which was in great condition and fairly priced. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the ocean and surrounded by bars and restaurants. this hotel offers great value for money and a convenient location.

I chose Cocosand Hotel specifically because of its location near GM Club Mui Ne. This landmark was at the top of my list, and I was delighted to be able to visit it easily from the hotel. , Cocosand Hotel pleasantly surprised me with its beautiful garden, where I could enjoy fruit picking from various fruit trees. The opportunity to relax in the family lounge was also a highlight of my stay.

Mind-blowing bang for your buck! Super friendly staff who speak excellent English. The clean and spacious bungalow was a jaw-dropping steal, with reasonably priced drinks in the fridge. Amazing location with great local shops and restaurants nearby. Staff even booked our onward bus tickets for us. High five!

Enjoyed the prestigious address, free Wi-Fi, and water sports at Cocosand Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near markets and attractions. Great base to explore Phan Thiet.

Sleeping with noisy aircon and lizards scuttling around was absolutely delightful.
